Alice graduated from the college of integrated Chinese medicine in 2016 since then she has worked in private practices
including her home practise on the Wiltshire Berkshire boarders. Alice can treat many conditions ranging from muscular
skeletal to fertility and woman's health.
During treatments Alice will use a combination of acupuncture and Tuina as well as other Chinese medicine techniques
such as moxa and cupping..
When not treating patients, Alice enjoys spending time with her family and walking the family dog.
Alice is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and adheres to their struct codes of practice, and is fully insured.
Acupuncture
In Chinese medicine the focus is the patien'’s overall health, we treat the root of the cause not just the symptom.
At your first appointment a full health history will be taken, you will also receive a short treatment to prepare your body
for future treatments.
Acupuncture needles are sterile and single use, some are retained for 15-20 minutes whilst others are inserted and removed straight away.
The most common points are located on legs and arms.
Acupuncture can be very relaxing and it is surprising how many patients have fallen asleep during treatment!

Tuina
Tuina is a form of medical massage and usually incorporates most of the body not just the area causing the problem.
The massage takes place over your clothing, so it is advisable to wear loose cotton clothing. Tuina is especially
good at treating chronic muscular and joint pain.
It is beneficial for conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica, muscle spasms, sports injuries, neck,
shoulder and back pain.
