About the Teacher:
Paul is a people’s person with a passion for learning and development, health and well being. Fundamental to that passion is the sharing of ideas and experiences with others. Helping people to help themselves.
He has been involved in a variety of sport activities over the years primarily playing football then subsequently progressed into coaching at all levels. As a high impact sport football had taken its toll on the body, so he looked for an alternative to keep fit and maintain good health and wellbeing; that’s where his Tai Chi journey began starting in the late 90s. He quickly realised the health benefits regular practice brings, both physically and mentally.
Paul has been practising Yang Style Tai Chi for over 25 years and trained with a variety of teachers during that time more recently with Mark Peters principle instructor Kai Ming Association for Tai Chi & Qigong.
Both Paul and his wife, Linda, have now relocated to Wiltshire from the Isle of Wight where they set up three Tai Chi / Qigong sessions per week in the community. They wish to continue this journey initially with a taster session followed by ongoing weekly sessions. Classes are run in a relaxed, informal and supportive environment by beautiful music.

Tai Chi Qigong is conducted in New Body Barn, Devizes Treatment Room which is also available for hire.
